I've set the PrintOptions.ShowPageMarkers to true
with FC.PrintOptions.PageOrientation = poLandscape

FlowchartX indicates several pages for my diagram.

When I print preview it
FC.PrintOptions.SelHandles = False
FC.ClearSelection
FC.PrintOptions.BkgrImage = True
FC.PreviewDiagram

then the diagram holds on one page without having to select "fit page"! Undecided

It seems flowchart miscalculate the page extents.

PaperSize, PreferedDevice .. is all to default with normal A4 printer ...

It works fine for me. Are there any diagram items in the additional pages you see in the diagram, or they are empty?

They are not empty. It seems logical when you see it, and you expect very big nodes on each page when printing.
But when the preview appears, you see that all nodes are not so big and fit on a single page...

Are you sure you aren't calling the PrintOptions.ScaleToPage method somewhere in your code?

I do not use ScaleToPage, nor ScaleTo or scalefactor

Are you sure you are using the latest version of the control? There was a bug in versions older than 4.1.3 where the page markers would not consider the MeasureUnit. What MeasureUnit are you using, and do you have any printer installed?

Indeed, I had version 4.1.2 !!

It works fine for that matter now!
