Panning causes mouse button events to not fire

BehaviourType.Pan support panning - but then my mouse button listener is overriden. It shouldn't be like that - panning can we done with events triggered.

Another thing - panning is done from both mouse buttons (left + right). Is there a way to allow only one button to control it?

With BehaviourType.Pan we have implemented the same functionality as when dragging the mouse with ALT pressed, and there aren't events raised in that case neither. We'll try to add the events in the following few days.
