Overview control fidgets (Read 1842 times)

	When I drag the Overview rectangle with the mouse, it is a bit reluctant to move... It moves slower than the mouse, so the mouse exits the bounds of the rectangle (according to Overview logics, the rectangle should allways be where the mouse is). Also, when I mouse the mouse slowly, the rectangle starts shaking causing the entire screen to shake.
