QuickRouter bug.

QuickRouter routs links through the nodes, if the top of the destination node is another node.

What do you mean by top of destination being another node? If the screenshot show groups of smaller nodes, you could replace each group with a TableNode instead, or set smaller nodes' AcceptIncomingLinks and Obstacle properties to false so that the link ignores them and connect only to group's master node.
