1. Does MindFusion support interational characters?
2. Can we do localization on MindFusion dialog, especially PrintPreview?
3. Does MindFusion support Arabic right to left display way?

Yes.

The control does not contain any built-in dialogs to localize. The PrintPreview method shows the standard WPF DocumentViewer dialog, and it should automatically show localized for the host Windows OS language version. You can also display a custom DocumentViewer for print preview as shown here:

Since you are using custom controls as nodes, that's up to you anyway.
