If it's about auto-scrolling with maximized DiagramView, you will have to leave a border of a few pixels around the view since scrolling starts only if the mouse leaves the view. If it's a different problem, I can't help you unless you show how to reproduce it.

                i leave 3 px gap in max mode. now it is working fine..
