When we tried to apply the swimlanelayout. arrange, we got the following error ,

The code is almost similar to the samples.

Please advice.

Hi,

The error message was "Specified cast is not valid."

We have resolved the issue.
We had accidently added the SwimlaneLayoutTraits.Lane as a GUID of the object representing the Lane instead of integer position of the row.
