Application Deployment Issue

Platform: Visual Basic .net 2008
Developement OS: Windows 7 - 64 bit
Deployement Machines: Windows XP/7

We use the "Click Once Application Deployement." When the user attempts to update the App or Install it for the first time we get the following error.

Error:

Unable to install or run the application. The application requires that assembly System.Windows.Forms.DataVisualization Version 3.5.0.0 be installed in the Global Assembly Cache (GAC) first.

Now if I remove the mindfusion control from the app it works fine. Is this because this is a trial edition of the control?

Further more I went into the Solution Explorer, under Publish then Application Files I set the DataVisualization to PublishSatus "include" and still no go.

System.Windows.Forms.DataVisualization should not be referenced by MindFusion.Scheduling. When I am publishing my test project this reference does not appear in the publish folder under the Solution Explorer.

If you create a new application with a single MindFusion Calendar on it and try to publish it, does it give the same error? If yes, can you e-mail this application to me?

I started the project over and it is working excellent.  We had an issue with another component that was not removed properly.
