Grid Styles

The current grid style enumeration contains two styles, lines and points. Can I change the pen associated with this. So if I set it to lines, can I change the line to be dashed or dash dot?

You can't change the line style at this time. We'll add some property for this in a couple of days.

That would be great. Could one of those styles be cross? so every place it displays a dot right now, it would display a cross. Thanks.

This version adds a Crosses member to the GridStyle enum, and a GridDashArray property used when GridStyle is set to Lines:

I can't seem to make the crosses work. Do I have to do anything with the GridDashArray when I set the style to crosses? Thanks.

You should only set GridStyle. The control ignores the grid size though, and the cross segments are always 5 points long. What GridSizeX/Y values are you using?

I created a little test app and the crosses work so it must be something in my main app. It would be nice to control the length of the cross lines. We set the default grid size to 50 so they are a little small. Smiley

Hi Don,

If you are calling LoadFromXml at some point in the main app, that might be applying the previous style you were using.
