Add Scale-to-Fit and Page Size Print Options

I would like to suggest some sorely needed print options for both printing and print preview.

1)  There should be auto-scaling options along the lines of what is provided in the PDF exporter.  These should include "fit-to-page" and "fit-to-width".

2)  There should also be page size options that can be user-specified for width and height.  (This would also be nice for the PDF exporter rather than presets).
