Can you please let me know if there is any known issues/limitations/bugs in using FlowChartX 4.0(in VC 6.0) for multi threaded and multi processor system

The control is not thread safe and you should access it only from the main thread of your application, or otherwise you will have to use some COM marshalling and implement synchronization yourself.
