Hi,

The XML elements describing nodes and links are under the Diagram/Nodes/Node and Diagram/Links/Link branches of the XML tree.

Diagram/Properties contains the global properties of the diagram and Diagram/Resources contain the images and brushes used in a diagram. I guess in your case the latter two elements contain the fixed information.
