Hi,
Kindly excuse my ignorance for the following queries -

1. Is it not possible run NetDigram applet on all the browsers. On the browsers supported on the site in applet modes are - IE and mozilla firefox only. Though i am able to run it on Netscape as well on my machine.

2. Are there different versions of .jar file depdending upon the target machine. For example if I access the web page from windows machine and from sun solaris, will different versions of .jar file will be downloaded?

Regards,

Vikas Kapoor

Hi,

1. IE and Firefox are just the browsers we test the applet with, and are confident to a high degree it works well with them. Otherwise, NetDiagram should run fine on any browser that supports Java and LiveConnect. LiveConnect is a technology devised by Netscape that allows Java applets to call JavaScript functions (which NetDiagram uses for client-side event support), and JavaScript to call Java applet methods.

2. There is only one version of the .jar file.

I hope that helps,
Stoyan
