Selection Handles and BehaviorType.DoNothing

Hi,

When one symbol is selected (its handleStyle is SquareHandles2) and the flowchart mode is set to DoNothing, mouse over the symbol sets the mouse icon to the move icon. But the symbol cannot be moved because of DoNothing. This is confusing.
Is there some way I can turn it off on a DoNothing?
