This sample does not have an executable directly installed by the setup because it is only available for Planner.NET for the .NET Framework 2.0. Its project is installed with all other samples in the Samples/C# subdirectory of the directory where you have installed Planner.NET. Also, the sample is new to version 4.1 so you might want to download and install the most recent trial version:
