Where do I find the icons for the daily, week, month, etc. shown in the MinApp toolbar example.

The icons are built-in within the resource file of the main form of the application. You need a resource editor in order to extract them from there. I could also send you the icons as images if you need.

I'll take you up on your offer to send me the icons in this app.  Seems like you would want to offer some "calendar\planner" related icons to use.
