1.  I cannot find a list of the built-in achor point patterns -- such as "Decision2In2Out"

2.  I cannot find documentation for the function: SetAnchorPointColumn

There are four predefined anchor point patterns:
Decision2In2Out, Decision1In3Out, LeftInRightOut, TopInBottomOut

SetAnchorPointColumn sets the cell in a table row to which the anchor point belongs. That lets you align the arrow ends to specific cells in a table.
