It is possible to validate box's BoundingRect location  like ValidateAnchorPoint event do on arrow calling arrange method ?

Apart from the various NodeDistance, LayerDistance, etc. properties of the layout classes, you don't have any control over where a box will be placed. If using TreeLayout, you could change the order of boxes' OutgoingArrows to control how child boxes are arranged in the next levels.
