At this time the arrow text cannot be edited by users, but you could use a label box that allows that. I.e. create a transparent box and attach it to a point or segment of an arrow. Do not set the "arrow.Text" but set the "labelBox.Text", which can be edited in-place. With this method you also have greater control over where the label is displayed, and can use multiple-line text.
