Arrow routing algorithm

One last question.

I use routing in one of my projects and it works nice there. Now with the exactly same settings, it does not work in another project, the arrows keep going through the process nodes. Why could that happen?

TIA

A customer recently had a similar problem. He uses locked background boxes to create lanes, and the process boxes and relations ere drawn over these lanes. However by default all boxes are considered obstacles by the routing algorithm, so it failed to find path when the arrows were entirely inside the lane boxes. Please check whether you don’t use some large background box; if yes, set its Obstacle property to false.

You are right, it's fine now. Thanks for answering this and my previous questions.
