 Parameters

elementName
The name of the element containing the .NET StringFormat object.
parentElement
The parent element of the node with the specified name.

 Return Value

A .NET StringFormat object. Returns null (Nothing in Visual Basic) if there is no element with the specified name under the specified parent.
