Event DataDirtyChanged event handlers receive an argument of type EventArgs.
RemarksDirty is set to true every time the diagram or the diagram document is modified, but this event is raised only if the flag value changes, either from false to true or from true to false. So the event occurs only when a diagram or a diagram document is modified for the first time, but not when subsequent modifications are done.
