true to let users resize columns, or false otherwise. The default value is false.
RemarksA column can be resized by dragging its right border. If the ColumnStyle property of a column is set to AutoWidth, it is automatically reset to FixedWidth when the column is resized. Rightmost columns always fill all remaining space in their tables and cannot be resized.
