Thank you for the good words about the JS library, we've put quite a lot of effort into it. Regarding custom forms, there are several samples that illustrate them. They are: Bookings http://mindfusion.eu/samples/javascript/scheduler/Booking.html The code is available from https://mindfusion.eu/samples/javascript/scheduler/Bookings.zip Ski School Schedule https://mindfusion.eu/javascript-demo.html?sample=SkiSchoolSchedule Download the code from https://mindfusion.eu/samples/javascript/scheduler/SkiSchoolScheduler.zip And the Holidays sample. Code is available from https://mindfusion.eu/samples/javascript/scheduler/Holidays.zip The 'Holidays' sample illustrates the idea how to build a custom form very well. You can see screenshots of the samples at the samples page: https://mindfusion.eu/products/javascript/scheduling/samples If you have further questions regarding the implementation of your custom form, we will gladly assist you. Kind Regards, Iva MindFusion
